"Life's too short"

What the hell is that shit? Life is the longest damn thing anyone ever does! In fact, there is nothing you yourself can do that is longer than the time you live, and thus life is not that short.

...out of absolutely no where... mom informs me that my mock exams start the week after I go back to school.

What the shit? Well we all know what this means... 14 hours, laptop, coffee, im good to go. Yehhhh, it's Nov '04 all over again... early mornings, plenty of coffee and hard work.

Walk on lava barefooted. Hunt a bear with nothing but a butter knife. Lie on a grate of spines. Balance on a totem pole for 4 weeks. Swim the alligator infested bogs of South America. Catch 6 killer bees with disposable shopsticks that don't break apart right. Wake up at 5:45am each weekday morning and start work before school starts. Go to school, work your ass off, the afternoon... getting home at like 4:20pm.

Insignificant rant:
Don't you just hate the way film critics are sometimes so long-winded in their criticism? I was reading a film review only the other day, yet, it makes barely any sense to me and all because they're so long-winded in their article. It sucks.

Anyway, im enjoying the mid-term break so far. I may break open the study books, I may not. I do have a fair amount of work to get through but still... we get a week off but the teachers cram in enough work as they possibly can. I don't mind doing work over the holidays at all... what I do mind is when teachers give you work as though you don't have enough to do and it'll keep you busy.

On a more interesting note I am just putting together the bases of a Counter-Strike: Source website of a clan called "{Guts}". It's v2 and should be up at the end of this week.

Just about to go into school...

...

...I haven't even have breakfast, yet, I got up at 6:51. How does that work out? you might be thinking. Well, it's all a time matter. I get up, I go downstairs, I make myself coffee and go back upstairs. Check my mail, see who's online and then chat to them. If no one's on then I'll just browse the web until mom or dad calls me down because they've made me another cup of coffee. I don't even know where the time goes... its crazy.

Well today sucked.

I arrived into school late because I missed my lift from my dad and had to get the 10:13 bus in. Yeh, this has happened like three or four times already... over the past week and a half. Anyway, when at school, things seemed to move along really slowly and my day wasn't all that spectacular or productive either.

Got home, did like... nothing. Went on MSN, checked my email, browsed forums and can't since, even remember what happened from then on. Here I am writing this.

Mid-term break next week(oh yes!)...

...Not that I'll be doing anything amazing. Probably just finishing up my SubSystem web project. Then? Who knows.

Tomorrow we have own clothes day at school. It's nothing special although everyone else seems to think so. You know, I may delete this specific blog entry... it's pretty pointless. I've just come on here for the sole purpose of writing something, anything down.

WHOA... February already? Mind you, January seemed to take for ages to end.

Im just finishing up some web projects (client & personal) and then my time management should get better and things be a little less hectic. I'll actually have time to finnish off Splinter Cell, play more Counter-Strike, have chill out time AND time to blog more.
