Ergh, MSN...
From now on,
I'll be set to "away" almost all the time.
My philosophy is that if I'm actually away... well then it's right.
If I'm not, no harm done.
However if I'm away and it doesn't say "away" then people get annoyed and spam me. |

I can't help but question everything...
Life, Religion, Existence.
I've always been one to question the validity of the boundaries in place by our society. |

The Irony:
"lol i tell my friends at school about some guy in the UK i argue with untill 3 am in the morning but we get along like brothers"
A quote taken from a conversation between myself and a friend of mine who lives out in States. I posted it on here basically because it's a perfect example of irony and it's completely true.

Just watched Brokeback Mountain, the so-called: "homo film". It wasn't that bad though. |

Don't deprive yourself of sleep.
This is something I do regularly but this year, on the whole, I've been much better at getting to bed at a sensible & reasonable time. Typically I go to bed at 11:00pm... this was then pushed back to 11:30pm. I used to constantly go to bed at 2am or even 3. Going to bed at such a times only makes you feel as tired as anything... and when you go to school the next day and don't feel like doing damn thing.
Getting up is the hardest thing, even when you've had sufficient sleep.
Sleep isn't a particularly interesting topic... not really. Not until you study it in great depth... things like: why we need sleep, what are the stages of sleep, why do we have stages of sleep, all these collectively.
Some information on sleep:
---------------------------
The teenage body needs 9 1/4 hours of sleep.
According to sleep experts, teens need at least 8.5 – 9.25 hours of sleep each night, compared to an average of seven to nine hours each night for most adults. Their internal biological clocks also keep them awake later in the evening and keep them sleeping later in the morning. However, many schools begin classes early in the morning, when a teenager's body wants to be asleep. As a result, many teens come to school too sleepy to learn, through no fault of their own.

The past week, as some of you may know, I crave sleep. This isn't a good thing. Sleep is my best friend because I've practically had none of it, in order to get school work complete by deadlines.
Don't let this happen to you. Get sleep. |

I'm not athiest... but
without sufficient substitute explanation, I cannot abandon my existing, yet weak, belief in God.
I don't necessarily really believe in God... I just don't believe in evolution or the universe theories. They just don't make any sense... and I'm willing to argue this and win.
I'm not saying that God makes sense either... just that evolution and the universe theories do not.
It's a process of transition... until the science is fairly solid, I'm not gonna step on it.
Darwinism doesn't make sense??
I believe in some small scale "evolution". But beyond that it's all BS.
What I mean is, if you take biology and learn how complicated and sophisticated we truly are... it's far too much for evolution to explain.
Evolution doesn't even come close.
You think that lizards ran faster and faster until only lizards under these specific circumstances that could run on water survived?
Or how about the flying squirrel.
You think squirrels fell out of tree so many times over millions of years that natural selection favoured squirrels that had a little bit more skin on their sides until eventually their excess skin on their sides "evolved" into wings?
I believe there is some intelligence to DNA and our genetic makeup. I don't know what it is... alien, or spiritual existence... or God... whatever... but it sure as shit wasn't coincidence. I believe it could be a subconscious note made by our experiences...
This is my own unique, patented theory:
I believe that our brain, below a conscious level, deliberately selects genetic code that it has determined would be most useful based on its experiences and observations throughout life,, for its children... and this basic "evolutionary", and I use the term loosely, function leads our development and not natural selection.
In any case, Darwin was wrong.
It has been PROVEN that we are still genetically developing today. Our mental capacity is improving, etc. Now this shouldn't be the case because we have severely interfered with this "evolutionary" development. We save the sick, we sustain the retarded and we help almost everyone who would have died otherwise. Our population is flooded with those, who, by natural selection should be dead. We as a race are much "weaker" as we would be; however... we are still evolving in a positive direction when there is NO natural selection whatsoever.
For natural selection to function, those who are not "suited" to live, must die or not reproduce, but those people still live... and still reproduce... and we keep developing in a positive direction in terms of our genetic makeup.

The REASON there's so many humans in this world is because we save all the weaker ones. Otherwise, our population would never really increase... EVER. That's why every other species of animals, naturally within its ecosystem stays at relatively the same population... the reason for this is because the weaker ones die out.
THIS is what Darwin is talking about. But we have completely interfered with evolution and over 90% of our population over the age of 30 should be dead.
Think about how long humans used to live? People used to live, on average, about 20 years. In the Roman times, people lives up to maybe 40.
Today? We're at a life expectancy of nearly 80... We’ve COMPLETELY defeated the surrounded ecosystem in preservation of ourselves. Darwin's shit is GONE and has been gone in humans for generation upon generation upon generation. Think about how many people wear glasses? How many people suck at sports? How many people are bad at something?
By now, those people's defective genes would have been cleansed out, but guess what? We BREED with those people and we fuck all the god damn time and we are still evolving. Through natural selection, sure it will cut out the obvious defects and hindrances in our genes, but I believe that a large portion of the more specific and specialized direction of evolution is a subconscious process assigned through our intelligence based off of life experience.
Damn! |

Going out to do some photography. See if I can't make this little trip more promising than the last one.
I may post some more pictures up later. We'll see. |
